At Sanskritiwear, we aim to deliver quality products and a smooth shopping experience. However, if something is not right, we’re here to help.

### 1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

* Product is **damaged**, **defective**, or **incorrect item delivered**
* Return request is raised within **7 days of delivery**
* Product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

### 2. Non-Returnable Items

* Products purchased during **sale or clearance**
* Items damaged due to **customer misuse**
* Slight color variations (due to screen/light differences) are not considered defects

### 3. Return Process

To request a return:

* Contact us with your **order details**
* Share **clear photos/video proof** of the issue
* Our team will verify and approve the request

### 4. Refund Process

* Once your return is approved, refund will be processed within **5–7 working days**
* Refund will be issued to the **original payment method**
### 5. Shipping Charges

* Shipping charges are **non-refundable**
* If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost

### 6. Exchange Option

We may offer an exchange (subject to availability) instead of refund, based on your preference.

### 7. Order Cancellation

* Orders can be cancelled within **24 hours of placing the order**
* Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

Sanskritiwear reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
